Open Positions
Own and grow our Odoo and AI automation business in India and overseas. You’ll build the sales pipeline, lead discovery conversations with business owners, shape proposals with our consultants, and close and grow client relationships.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling ERP, software or IT services
- Track record of closing consultative, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling to international clients is a strong plus
- Understanding of business processes (sales, inventory, accounting, manufacturing)
- Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Odoo or another ERP is a plus
Build and enhance Odoo solutions for real business workflows. You’ll develop custom modules, improve existing implementations, and support integrations for client projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Odoo development
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with PostgreSQL (queries, performance basics)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, XML, and HTML/CSS
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Work closely with clients to understand requirements, map processes, configure Odoo, support UAT, and deliver training. You’ll ensure smooth adoption and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Odoo implementation
- Strong understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, MRP preferred)
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ownership attitude
